License agreement

CraftReactNative offers two distinct projects with different licensing terms:

Free UI Components (MIT License)

The UI components provided by CraftReactNative are released under the MIT License. This means you are free to:

• Use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the UI components
• Use the UI components in both personal and commercial projects
• Modify the UI components to suit your needs
• You can find the source code for the UI components on GitHub

The only requirement is that you include the original copyright notice and license text in any copies or substantial portions of the software.

Paid Templates

Our premium templates are available under two license types:

Individual License

Grants the Licensee the right to use the Assets independently for personal and commercial endeavors, such as mobile applications, websites, or software development.

Team License

Allows the Licensee and their authorized team members to collaboratively use the Assets for both personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to developing mobile applications, websites, or software.

Permitted Uses

The Licensee is authorized to:

• Create an unlimited number of End Products using the Assets.
• Modify the Assets to produce derivative screens and components, which remain subject to this license.
• Use the Assets to develop End Products for an unlimited number of Clients.
• Create End Products using the Assets that are sold directly to End Users.

Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

• Develop End Products using the Assets that are open source or freely available to End Users.
• Create End Products designed to enable End Users to build their own End Products using the Assets or their derivatives.
• Redistribute the Assets or their derivatives as standalone files, either as code or as design assets, separate from an End Product.
• Share your access to the Assets with other individuals.
• Use the Assets to create anything deemed by CraftReactNative, at their sole discretion, to compete with or conflict with CraftReactNative's business.

Intellectual Property

CraftReactNative retains all rights, ownership, and intellectual property associated with the Assets. This Agreement grants the Licensee usage rights, but no ownership or intellectual property rights.

Maintenance and Support

While CraftReactNative aims to provide updates and bug fixes, the Licensee understands that access to these updates depends on the type of license purchased. Updates will be provided at the Licensor's discretion.

Termination and Consequences

This Agreement remains effective until it is terminated. The Licensee may terminate it at any time by ceasing use of the Assets. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if the Licensee breaches any terms, and the Licensee will be required to discontinue use and destroy any copies of the Assets.

No Warranty

The Assets are made available on an "as-is" basis. The Licensor does not guarantee the Assets will be error-free or compatible with any particular system, nor does the Licensor offer support or warranty for the Assets. The Licensee assumes all risk and responsibility for use of the Assets.

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Assets, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
