Templates — Software License Agreement

The React Native screen templates and related code in the templates repository (the "templates") are made available by CraftReactNative under the terms below. Using the templates means you accept these terms.

What you may do

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the templates, subject to the restrictions below. You may:

• Use the templates and screens in your own applications, whether commercial or personal
• Change and adapt the templates to fit your project
• Use them across multiple projects and in apps you build for clients
• Ship applications that include the templates (or adapted versions) to end users

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates or derivatives as a product or codebase
• Build a competing template or component library that is based on or derived from the templates
• Offer individual templates or components for download or sale on their own
• Port the templates to another framework (e.g. Flutter) and redistribute that port
• Use the templates as the main selling point of a product or service (e.g. "template pack" offerings)
• Remove or change any copyright or attribution notices in the code

Ownership

The templates are licensed, not sold. CraftReactNative keeps full rights and ownership. This agreement only gives you a right to use them within the scope described above.

Duration and end of use

This agreement applies until it is ended. If you break any of these terms, your right to use the templates ends immediately. When that happens, you must stop using the templates and delete any copies you have.

No guarantee

The templates are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that they are error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or non-infringing. You use them at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, CraftReactNative is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or data) that result from using or being unable to use the templates.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute about them will be dealt with in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Whole agreement

These terms are the full agreement between you and CraftReactNative about use of the templates and replace any earlier discussions or agreements on that subject.
